B2B Sales Professional

We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative responsible for generating and advancing qualified opportunities within our structured sales process. This role reports to an experienced Sales Manager and works alongside a collaborative sales team that values knowledge sharing, disciplined execution, and consistent follow-through. We are seeking a sales professional who demonstrates drive, accountability, and coachability. While experience in technical or industrial B2B sales is valuable, success in this role ultimately depends on disciplined prospecting, consistent sales activity, structured execution, and ownership of results.

What you’ll do as a B2B Sales Representative:

●Generate new B2B opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement

●Qualify leads effectively and prioritize high-potential opportunities

●Lead structured discovery conversations to understand client technical and operational requirements

●Advance qualified opportunities through SubC’s established sales process and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records

●Execute disciplined follow-up to maintain momentum and move opportunities toward close

●Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in collaboration with internal teams

●Meet defined activity benchmarks, pipeline progression standards, and revenue targets

●Represent SubC professionally at trade shows and industry events as required

What You Bring:

●Demonstrated experience in B2B sales in a technical, industrial, engineered, or SaaS environment; 1-3 years

●Experience supporting or managing multi-step B2B sales cycles

●Demonstrated outbound prospecting and disciplined follow-up practices

●Hands-on experience using CRM to manage pipeline, track activity, and advance opportunities

●Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) in a collaborative, paperless environment, strongly preferred

●Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

●Willingness and ability to travel internationally. as required

●Familiarity with offshore energy, marine technology, or ocean industries, an asset
